  • Log Information:Includes IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and details about how the platform is accessed and used.
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies:We may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your interaction with our platform to improve your experience.

  • To Provide and Maintain Services:To enable Customers to manage and use the WhatsApp Business API and other communication tools within our platform.
  • To Facilitate Communication:To transmit and store messages and content between Customers and their Users.
  • To Improve Our Platform:To analyze usage patterns, troubleshoot technical issues, and enhance the performance and functionality of our platform.
  • To Provide Customer Support:To assist Customers with account-related queries, technical support, and troubleshooting.
  • For Billing and Payment:To process payments and manage billing information.
  • For Compliance and Legal Obligations:To comply with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection laws.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent personal data. However, we may share information in the following situations:

  • We do not transfer any Google Workspace APIs data to third-party AI tools
