1. Trial Period
Squarebox offers new users a 7-day free trial, during which they can explore all platform features. Since no credit card is required to start the trial, users are not charged during the trial period.
2. Subscription Services
Following the free trial, if a user subscribes to any of Squarebox’s paid services, they are ineligible for a refund. The FREE trial is provided to help users evaluate the platform. If unsatisfied, users can cancel their FREE trial anytime without being charged. However, if the user subscribes to any paid plan after the trial, they are not eligible for a refund. Subscriptions can be canceled to prevent charges for the next billing cycle.
3. Non-Refundable Services
All Squarebox services, such as charges for subscription plans, WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs), add-ons, or third-party integrations, are non-refundable due to the costs incurred by Squarebox in providing these services. This includes one-time setup fees, such as dynamic image generation and other development services.
4. Technical Issues
In the case of continuous technical issues preventing effective use of the service, and if these issues are confirmed by Squarebox’s support team, a partial or full refund may be granted at Squarebox’s discretion.
5. Unauthorized Charges
If a user encounters unauthorized or fraudulent charges, they should contact Squarebox support immediately. Upon verification, Squarebox will issue a full refund for any unauthorized transactions.
6. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for the remaining period of the subscription, except in special cases, which will be reviewed individually by Squarebox.
